We have a one-month review process for your project. Please see the deadlines outlined below.
- Permit Application fee payment (if via check) must be received at our office by the listed deadlines.
- Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Complete Permit Applications must be provided via the online portal and fees must be paid by the following dates to be considered at the following regular board meetings. Complete permit application submittals are due by the end of the business day (4:30 pm)
Applications should be submitted through the online application portal or emailed to permitsubmittals@cooncreekwd.org
